Registration for the conference is open. Please read the following information on fees and package inclusions before proceeding to the online registration site.

Online registration is quick and easy. Payment options include immediate settlement by credit card, or subsequent settlement upon invoice.

Be sure to have your passport at hand if you are an international visitor to Mozambique so you can request visa assistance documentation as you register.

Registration fees

Special rates are available for AORTIC members. Non-members can join AORTIC while registering and immediately be eligible for the special rates. Subsidised fees are available for residents of all African countries and countries designated by the World Bank as low and lower middle-income economies.

Type 1: Nurses, palliative care workers, students, registrars / residents, and fellows.

(verification of your status as a Type 1 registrant may be requested by the Conference Organiser)

Type 2: Everyone else, including Dr, Prof, MD, PhD, and Physicians.

Accompanying Person Package
An Accompanying Person is a husband, wife, child, friend, or partner who will attend the conference social programme with you, as well as take day tours while you attend the conference.		 USD 210
Conference Dinner Ticket
Attendance is not included in registration fees.		 USD 75
Welcome Reception Additional Ticket
One ticket is included in registration fees, additional tickets must be purchased for guests.		 USD 30

Please note:

  • Fees are stated in United States Dollars (USD)
  • Invoices will be issued in United States Dollars (USD) but if you require an invoice in South African Rand (ZAR) you can request one
  • The host organisation, AORTIC, is not registered for value added tax (VAT)

 Registration fees include:

  • Opening Ceremony
  • Welcome Reception
  • Poster Session 1 and 2
  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Tea breaks and lunches on all conference days
  • Access to the exhibition
  • Conference proceedings and collateral

Registration fees exclude:

  • Conference Dinner
  • Accommodation expenses
  • Travel expenses (e.g. visas, insurance, inoculations)
  • Airport transfers

Accompanying Person fees include: 

  • Welcome Reception
  • Poster Session 1 and 2
  • Two half-day tours

Note: The tea breaks and lunches on conference days are only open to conference participants. Accompanying persons are requested to make their own arrangements.
